Coordinator Group Sales to join our team at

Propósito
As a member of the global sales team, the Coordinator, Group Sales will support the Groups and Leisure Segment that reports to the Sr. Director. The Coordinator will play an instrumental role in assisting the team of Group Managers/ Directors in managing revenue opportunities, this positionwill report to the Sr. Director.
Principales funciones y responsabilidades:
Administrative support for a team of remote Global Managers/Directors for the Long Term and Leisure:
Group Segment:
Support Directors and hotels with Customer Service Issues.:




Support fielding questions from hotels and customers on who and where related to GSO:
Sales Mision and Tradeshows:
Support all requests for materials, logistics and visits to customers:
this includes Sales mission and any event that may be held:
Invoices and payments referring TS (tradeshows) and SM (sales missions), payments to suppliers and any other payment request:
Create profile of new Global accounts (Leisure:
Groups ) and send to Hotels LatamC:
Review Lanyon and adjust rates and help hotels that have doubts with the RFP:
Request rate audit that have been loaded in GDS and Web / verify that they are visible and correct:
Follow:
up to GSO Sales Leads response from hotels, especially those outside of LatamC:
Follow the status and update of GSO Sales Lead once the group has been confirmed. Important to have them in "Actualized Status":
Answer questions / questions that customers and / or hotels have about Sales, including non:
global accounts:
Make a monthly report to support the Director and see which accounts production to tackle those accounts that needattention




Educación and Experiência:
Marketing, Administration, Business or similar:
Minimum 2 years administration Importante empresa:
Minimum high school diploma:
MS Office Products:
Salesforce is a plus:
Lanyon is a plus
