**What you'll do**:
- Lead the charge: Spearhead the development and implementation of advanced predictive models to assess creditworthiness, predict borrower risk, and optimize lending decisions.
- Unleash the power of data:
Dive deep into massive datasets to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and insights that will drive improvements in our lending operations.
- Drive innovation: Implement AI and machine learning solutions to streamline loan origination, automate decision-making, and enhance portfolio management.

**What you'll need**:
- Strong academic foundation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
- Data science expertise: 8-10 years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of developing and deploying predictive models.
- Leadership skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
- Technical proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Python, SQL, R, and big data technologies.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
