A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Serve as primary support liaison between company and customer and documents incidents in required tracking systems.
- Involved in any additional follow up, testing and troubleshooting including remote desktop viewing through tools such as Zoom.
- Responsible for appropriate referral to other support analysts, provides feedback to Development with guidance from more senior analysts and liaises with other Depts.to insure proper handling of customer issues.
- Develops Knowledge Base content with assistance, if needed
Required skills:
- Manufacturing knowledge (MRP, Jobs, Inventory, Costing).
- Working experience in the manufacturing area.
- Experience working with customers.
- Working knowledge of or familiarity with Manufacturing Processes, Quality Control, Purchasing, Inventory, and Customer Relationship Management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Nice to have a degree in business or computer science or has experience in functional area.
Please note this is a hybrid opportunity. You will need to commute 3 days to our Infor Mexico City location. Free parking is provided.

Pay: $45,400.00 - $45,500.00 per year
