Product Pre - Sales ("Product Manager" - "Trainer")
This Technical-Commercial Product Specialist role focuses on the promotion, configuration, and support of Dahua security products with top distributors and wholesale customers. Ideal candidates should bring a strong background in access control and/or alarm systems, with experience in top brands like HID, Hikvision, Axis, Siscom, and ZKTeco. Candidates with an established network in the industry and technical sales skills are highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
> Eco-Partner Development: Collaborate with product managers to build and maintain relationships with eco-partners for Dahua’s alarm, video intercom,
and access control solutions.
> Product Demonstration: Showcase new product features to channel customers, highlighting benefits and competitive advantages.
> Product Selection & Configuration: Provide guidance on product selection and configure solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
> Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues related to alarm systems, access control, and related software, such as Control Center: Vigilant, MCDI, and Softguard.
> Training & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions for technicians within partner channels to enhance technical knowledge and product expertise.
> Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales team to develop comprehensive sales strategies that address specific customer requirements.
> Market Feedback & Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to promote Dahua products and gather valuable market insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
> Minimum 3 years of experience in the electronic security industry,
including 2 years in a product manager or technical support role.
> Background in top access control products (HID, Hikvision, Axis, Siscom, ZKTeco) and alarm systems (Honeywell, Ajax).
> Proficiency in relevant software for these systems, as Control Center: Vigilant, MCDI, and Softguard.
> Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
> Strong technical skills in computer networking, CCTV installation, and camera imaging; adept in negotiation, public speaking, and event planning.
> Conversational English proficiency for customer and team interactions.
