Currently we are looking for our next:
**LATAM FP&A; SR COORDINATOR**
**Responsibilities**:
**Which is the main objective of this role?**
- Provide financial support at a Sector level in the processes of PSP and AOP to facilitate informed decision-making for LatAm ExComm; partnering with OUs and LatAm Finance Organization to ensure correct and consistent submission to Corporate.
- Drive digitalization within LatAm by serving as Sector ambassador for Global digital self-service reporting tools
**What will you be doing?**
- Consolidate, review and analyze PSP/AOP submissions from OUs to LatAm at a P&L; perspective
- Develop and improve financial models to support information review and analysis by MU, OU and Sector, using PEP P&L; methodology and systems
- Communicate PSP/AOP financial outcomes to LatAm Finance Organization (SCF and CF)
- Support the quantitative and qualitative evaluation of LatAm risk profile, including mitigation actions
- Support target setting process
- Partner with LatAm key stakeholders to support the design and communication of PSP/AOP agenda in line with PEP requirements
- Provide support to OU CFOs and Finance Leads during PSP/AOP processes
- Lead training sessions of AOP/PSP reporting tools to OUs and key users
- Process owner for HFM access request
- Drive simplification and standardization of PSP/AOP processes
- Provide financial support on ad-hoc requests from CF VP/Corporate
- Leverage tools in Finance reviews with OUs, provide trainings to OU teams, and partner closely with Corporate FP&A; and International Sectors Planning leads to identify best-practices and tool use cases. Deliver recommendations on new dashboards or improvements to existing ones.
Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business/Finance/Engineering Background)
- **Information systems proficiency required (MS Office / Excel Advanced as a most)**:
- ** Solid knowledge in planning, AOP,OPEX and forecasting**:
- ** At least 4 years of experience as FP&A; Analyst,
Cost Analyst, leading finance processes in a CPG company**:
- Robust knowledge of PEP reporting and planning systems preferred
- **Strong analytical skills**:
- Strong initiative and drive for results, proactive, self-starter
- Ability to lead, develop, influence and motivate others
- ** Ability to communicate at all level of the organization and to build strong relationships**:
- ** Fluent Spanish and English**
